Building Youth Around the World is providing training to underprivileged females; training for the women from Khichripur, Trilokpuri, and Delhi. Training will be provided in cosmetology, computer literacy, and basic business fundamentals so that they can be successfully employed in various businesses, offices, colleges, trade schools, or take up computer-related employment. Over the next 12 months, it is estimated that  240 students will be trained.
